Rowenta Liberty steam generator iron

This steam generator has a spec to rival the best models on the market. Rowenta claims it delivers a huge amount of high-pressure steam and has a powerful steam boost for tackling deep creases. It also has a large water tank, which should let you get through more of your ironing before you have to refill the tank.

It potentially tops other models because you can wheel this generator around without having to carry it. Most generators are heavy when the tank is full with water, which makes the Liberty DG9860 a great option if you struggle to carry heavy loads.

Plus the base remains on the floor so it doesn’t take up valuable space on your ironing board. The telescopic power cord can be positioned well out of the way, so it shouldn’t snag on clothes or wrinkle areas you’ve already ironed.
